God calls us to treat our bodies as a temple. My goal is to create an environment where people in this community can become stronger physically and mentally. Moving and strengthening our temple is a gift. A gift that I hope to help you come to love as much as I do.
Tmple Haus is for all ages with every class and exercise modifiable to each individual.
Get ready to challenge yourself and become a better you in an energetic and encouraging enviornment.
Don't forget to bring a Mat, towel, and water bottle to class.
We have extra mats at the studio if needed.
